Delivery
We pride ourselves on fast dispatch and want you to receive your items as quickly as possible. Orders received by 1pm will normally be dispatched within 24 hours during Monday to Friday.
We use Royal Mail for the majority of our items, with couriers taking the more bulkier bigger items. Once dispatched you can expect to receive your item(s) within 3-4 working days . If you wish to know the delivery cost for any item then simply add it to your cart and the delivery charge will be displayed immediately on your Shopping Cart page.
We want you to be happy with your items but in the unfortunate event that you're not, we'll do our very best to make it right. Simply get in touch and we'll help you out.
If you're unhappy with your item, please return it within 7 working days to receive a full refund, please note we are unable to accept used goods for return.

Please send your item(s) back in their original packaging, to the following address, including any invoice/order form to help us identify your order.

Please note that items are still your responsibility until they reach us and returns postage cost shall be borne by you. We recommend sending them by a delivery method that covers the cost of the item and cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the post.
